Troubled wide receiver Irving Fryar, angered by press treatment of his problems, said he doesn’t necessarily want to be traded by the New England Patriots, despite being quoted as saying he did.
Tuesday, Fryar told a United Press International reporter, “I don’t want to be here next year . . . that’s it.”
Wednesday, Fryar said he just doesn’t want to go through another season like this one.
