Blue Chip Electronics, the Chandler, Ariz., company that sells inexpensive personal computers made by Hyundai of South Korea, said Bryan Kerr has been named vice president of marketing and sales. Kerr was lured away from Atari, another maker of personal computers, where he had been director of marketing.
