The Palos Verdes Estates City Council has named residents Dorothy Flood and Stuart Jones to serve on the Planning Commission until June 30, 1990. They will fill the posts of Russell Barto and Lacy Marlette Jr., whose terms expired last June.
Flood, a landscape designer, has been a resident of the city for 15 years. Jones, who is retired, has lived in Palos Verdes Estates for 12 years.
Planning commissioners, who are not paid, review all plans for development in the city and serve as advisers to the City Council.
