Half of $24-Million Lottery Prize Claimed

NEW YORK — A Long Island woman Monday claimed her share of a $24-million Lotto jackpot, but a second winner still had not come forward to collect the other half of the prize, officials said.
Michael Abbate, marketing deputy for the state lottery, would not identify the woman. He said she would collect $12 million, payable over 20 years.
