Armor All Products Declares 10-Cent Dividend
Directors of Armor All Products Corp., the Irvine-based maker of Armor All Protectant, have declared an initial quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents a share to be paid Jan. 2 to stockholders of record as of Dec. 1. The company, which went public Oct. 2, said it has 3.5 million shares of common stock outstanding but does not yet know how many individual shareholders there are. San Francisco-based McKesson Corp. is the largest single shareholder, with 83.3% of the stock. The total to be paid in dividends is $350,000.
