NEW ARTS GRANT PROGRAM TO BEGIN
A new California Arts Council project called the Multi-Cultural Entry Grant Program will provide up to $2,000 a year for three years to arts groups in ethnic communities.
The program is scheduled to begin in March. The funds will be for artistic and administrative development within an organization.
Recipients of the grants need to have been in existence for at least one year and involved in a particular ethnic community to qualify. Application deadline is Jan. 5.
