Man Arrested in Fatal Crash: A 22-year-old Placentia man was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and vehicular manslaughter Friday night after his small pickup truck struck a car at the intersection of La Palma Avenue and Sunkist Street, killing its driver. Police identified the suspect as Miguel Rodriguez Estrada, who, they said, suffered minor injuries. The victim, Anthony Charles Williams, 25, of Anaheim died at the scene.
