MEXICO CITY — President Miguel de la Madrid has appointed Roberto Casellas Leal as Mexico’s ambassador to Pakistan. The Foreign Ministry said Casellas will maintain his residence in Turkey, where he is Mexican ambassador, and be accredited for Pakistan as well.
