Rosemead : Raise for School Employees
The Garvey School District Board of Education has granted a 6% pay increase to classroom aides and clerical, maintenance, cafeteria and other non-teaching personnel. The contract for members of the California School Employees Assn. was ratified on Oct. 7 and runs through June 30, 1987.
The Garvey School District includes parts of Rosemead, San Gabriel, Monterey Park and all of South San Gabriel.
