Talks are set to resume today in Pittsburgh between the steelmaker, formerly U.S. Steel, and the union for the first time since Aug. 1, when a contract dispute shut down plants in nine states. “We know that there’s going to be a discussion,†Russ Gibbons, union spokesman, said. “I don’t know if I’d call it negotiations.â€
