Wester Paces Valley Christian to Victory

Jeff Wester threw two touchdown passes and returned an interception 39 yards for another score as Valley Christian routed Orange Lutheran, 38-7, in the Olympic League opener at Cerritos.
Wester completed 8 of 11 passes for 122 yards to help Valley Christian improve its record to 5-1. Bryan Templeman gained 58 yards and scored 2 touchdowns in 13 carries for Valley Christian. Orange Lutheran is 2-4.
