Justice Class Funding OKd

Palos Verdes Estates this week became the last Peninsula city to agree to allocate $500 for a class on the police and criminal justice system for students of Rancho del Mar, a continuation school for students with special needs.
Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills Estates and Rolling Hills have agreed to allocate similar amounts to support the course, which was developed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The City Council authorized a Palos Verdes Estates police officer to attend the course so he can teach a similar class to local children.
