Philip, Hirohito Lunch

TOKYO — Prince Philip of Britain had lunch Wednesday with Emperor Hirohito at the Imperial Palace, the Imperial Household Agency said. Philip arrived Tuesday for a five-day visit en route to Peking where he will join Queen Elizabeth II in her tour of China.
