The big New York bank said it was now officially in business as Chase Bank of Arizona, and it announced the opening of three new offices in the Phoenix area. Chase bought Phoenix-based Continental Bank earlier this year after Arizona lawmakers approved legislation allowing out-of-state banks to enter the state beginning Oct. 1. Chase’s Arizona operations have assets of $622 million.
