Baby Crushed When Truck Snags Her Stroller

NEW YORK — An infant’s stroller was snagged by an armored truck and dragged beneath the wheels, and the 7-month-old girl inside was crushed, police said last week. Police said the woman had crossed the street against the light, and that the truck driver would not be charged.
