280 Evacuated After Truck Leaks Noxious Chemical

ROSEDALE, Md. — A tank truck leaking sulfur trioxide--an eye, skin and respiratory irritant--forced the evacuation of more than 280 residents Friday, a police spokesman said. No serious injuries were reported.
