Haiti Rights Panel Meets

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti — A group representing former Haitian political prisoners opened a seminar on human rights Friday to discuss the nearly 29 years of dictatorship by Francois (Papa Doc) Duvalier and his son, Jean-Claude, which ended in February when the latter fled to exile in France.
