Fifteen men from Ohio were indicted on federal child pornography charges, the largest number ever under the Child Protection Act of 1984, authorities in Cleveland said. Assistant U.S. Atty. Richard G. Lillie said the indictments, the result of a five-month postal service investigation, allege that the unidentified men used the mails to send or receive videotapes that showed children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
