Tim Green, the top draft pick of the Atlanta Falcons, apparently will sit out this season because of a contract dispute with the NFL club.
Agent John Marchiano said that Green, the All-American defensive tackle from Syracuse, has been unable to reach an agreement with the Falcons and will stay in Syracuse to work for a local developer. He said Green will reapply for the draft next spring.
