China Hewlett-Packard Co., Peking, said it made a $10-million computer sale to the Computing Center of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade in China. China Hewlett-Packard is a joint venture between Hewlett-Packard Co., Palo Alto, and two Chinese corporations, China Electronics Import & Export Corp. and Beijing Computer Industrial Corp.
