Horn & Hardart plans a TV shopping business.
The Las Vegas-based company said its Hanover House division has organized a subsidiary, Hanover Value Line Network Inc., that will market mail-order goods by featuring them on a cable-TV show. The company said it is studying the possibility of allowing the public to own part of Hanover Value Line Network by issuing a dividend of Hanover Value Line shares or the right to buy such shares.
