Walt Disney Pictures has sued the maker of the X-rated videocassette “In and Out in Beverly Hills,” contending it infringes on the copyright of Disney’s hit comedy “Down and Out in Beverly Hills.” Colton Davis, executive producer of the videocassette, defended the sex-oriented take-off as not overly derivative. For example, he said, unlike the original, there is no role for a dog in the videocassette.
