LONDON — A van carrying fans back from a rock festival struck a barrier and collided with a station wagon on a highway near here Monday, killing 13 people, police said.
Two other cars crashed into the collided vehicles, and four of their occupants were slightly injured, police said.
Only one person was found alive in the van, thought to have been carrying eight or nine people back from a concert at Glastonbury in southwest England, police said.
