Reagan to Fill NRC Post

WASHINGTON — President Reagan intends to nominate Kenneth M. Carr, a retired admiral, to a five-year term as a member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the White House announced Monday. Carr, 61, would succeed Nunzio J. Palladino.
