Santa Ana : 2 Injured in Shooting Police Call Gang-Related
Two persons remained hospitalized Friday after what police said was a gang-related drive-by shooting.
Gilbert Rodillo, 19, of Santa Ana and Cindy Torres, 19, of Anaheim were shot as they were talking with friends outside a house at 637 E. Central Ave. Thursday evening, officers said.
Torres was struck in the legs and Rodillo in the chest and arm by shotgun blasts fired from a passing a car, according to investigators.
Officers said they had no description of the assailants except that they were driving a brown car.
