Redondo Beach : Dial-a-Ride Hearing Set
The City Council set July 8 for a public hearing on a a proposed dial-a-ride program to expand transportation services for the city’s elderly and disabled residents.
The proposed service, which would be run jointly with the city of Hermosa Beach, is expected to cost Redondo Beach $356,300. The program would provide rides for the elderly and disabled seven days a week in three sedans and three vans.
