Forty-five of the 61 West Philadelphia homes destroyed in the fiery battle between police and the radical cult MOVE have been rebuilt and issued certificates of occupancy, housing official Barbara Farley said. The houses were destroyed May 13, 1985, when police dropped a bomb on the fortified MOVE house after a daylong confrontation with MOVE members.
