B of A formed a new international division.
The move combines into one organization three of Bank of America’s separate geographic divisions: Asia; Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Latin America/Caribbean. Executive Vice President Bill Young, formerly head of the Latin America/Caribbean division, will head the new division and will be based in San Francisco.
