Country Woods, a project of 10 homes built by Giannone Construction in Chatsworth, opens this weekend, with a price range of $349,990 to $389,990.
The project is located at Plummer Street and Baden Avenue in a rural setting surrounded by oak and giant eucalyptus trees, with homes ranging in size from 3,100 to 3,336 square feet on RA zoned lots approaching a half acre.
Country Woods offers three floor plans with three or four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Interior details include vaulted and coffered ceilings in the living area, two and three wood-burning fireplaces, alarm and intercom systems, air conditioning and luxury kitchens.
Three unfurnished models are available to tour at 9601 Kentland Ave. between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily. Move-ins are expect to begin on July 15.
