Summercourt Town Houses Open in Orange

Summercourt, a development of 88 town houses in Orange, opens today with 42 units in the first phase. Twenty have been sold.
Priced from $132,000 to $147,000, the homes are available in four floor plans with two or three stories, two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths and 1,428 to 1,660 square feet of space. Among the features are vaulted ceilings, skylights, wood-burning fireplaces, breakfast nooks and sun decks.
Community amenities include swimming pools, spas and recreation centers. The monthly homeowners fee is $165. A project of Real Estate Development Corp. of Tustin, the project is expected to be ready for occupancy in September.
The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 5721-1 E. Stillwater Ave.
