Lewis Homes Opens Today in Moreno Valley

Lewis Homes-Moreno Valley opens today in Moreno Valley with three- and four-bedroom single-family houses.
The first phase of the 180-unit development has 28 houses, 22 of which were sold before today’s grand opening. The second phase will have 29 houses.
Five one- and two-story plans have 1,227 to 1,943 square feet, priced from $83,950 to $109,950. Standard features include two or 2 1/2 baths, tile roofs, bay windows, rear and side yard fencing, air conditioning, wood-burning fireplaces, family rooms or country kitchens and front yard sprinklers.
Five furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 13934 Chagall Court, at Alessandro Boulevard, reached from the southbound Pigeon Pass/Frederick Street off-ramp of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
