4 Get Eagle Rank: Four south county youths recently became Eagle Scouts, the highest possible honor awarded by the Boy Scouts of America. They are Doug Banister of Dana Point and James Coil, Don Duffer Jr. and Richard Erkeneff, all of Laguna Niguel. All are members of Troop 760, sponsored by the Community Presbyterian Church of San Juan Capistrano.
