Genesco sold its hosiery unit to Union Underwear.

The division, Camp Hosiery, markets a broad range of hosiery products under the Christian Dior, Anne Klein, Jordache, Johnston & Murphy and Camp labels. The sale, for an undisclosed amount of cash, is subject to the consent of licensors and approval by certain lenders of Union Underwear’s parent, Farley/Northwest Industries. Closing of the sale is anticipated within 30 days. Genesco is a manufacturer and marketer of footwear and men’s apparel.
