U.S. Border Patrol officials said in El Paso they have indicted 13 smugglers believed responsible for bringing 10,000 illegal aliens from Central America into the country. Acting Border Patrol Chief Gustavo de la Vina said 10 of the 13 have been arrested, the result of an undercover investigation that has been under way for eight months and involves agents from El Paso, Dallas and Providence, R.I.
