Delaware Chancery Judge William Allen issued a preliminary injunction against the Houston food products company preventing it from implementing a $45-a-share buyout plan approved by shareholders last week. Allen said shareholders might not have had enough time to consider a competing $54-a-share offer from New York investment firms Bear, Stearns & Co. and Gruss & Co.
