Reagan to Hold News Conference Wednesday

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will hold a nationally televised news conference at the White House at 5 p.m. PDT Wednesday, his spokesman said today.
Deputy Press Secretary Larry Speakes said the half-hour question-and-answer session with reporters, Reagan’s first since April 9 and the 36th of his presidency, will be held in the East Room.
