Ex-Perfume Executive Dead in Suicide Pact

NEW YORK — A former president of Prince Matchabelli Perfume Co. was found dead and his wife barely alive in a suicide pact, police said today.
Paul Ganz, 76, was found dead a few steps away from his unconscious wife, Eula, in their Park Avenue apartment Sunday, police said. Empty bottles of pills were found beside the bodies, but no notes were found, they added. Eula Ganz, 88, was listed in critical condition at Lenox Hill Hospital.
