Newport Harbor’s Buffy Rabbitt Signs With UCI

Buffy Rabbitt, one of the top high school distance runners in Orange County, has signed a letter of intent to attend UC Irvine, the school announced Friday.

Rabbitt won the Southern Section 3-A cross-country championship for Newport Harbor High School last fall and finished 10th at the Kinney National Cross-Country Championships. She will compete in cross-country and track at Irvine next season.
