Reagan to Name Envoy

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Cynthia Shepard Perry, an official of the Agency for International Development, to be U.S. ambassador to Sierra Leone, the White House announced Wednesday. Perry, 57, has served since 1982 as head of the education and human resources division of the agency’s Africa bureau.
