A Pasadena woman who claims she was once former Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos’ mistress plans to auction off most of her choice property to pay off an estimated $22 million in debts. A real estate agent said the former starlet, Dovie Beams de Villigran, will sell 19 Beverly Hills homes, a Venice house, an Alhambra medical building and 67 acres of undeveloped land in Sunland at a May 14 auction at the Beverly Wilshire. Shortly after Marcos fled his country in February, De Villigran declared bankruptcy. Her creditors claim she has assets of $58 million; De Villigran claims her financial records were destroyed in a basement flood.
