Richard D. Lippin, president of the public relations company, Lippin & Grant, Los Angeles, said he acquired all of the stock previously held by B. Richard Grant in the corporation. Terms were not disclosed. The name has been changed to the Lippin Group. Grant left the company to form his own public relations firm, Richard Grant & Associates, Lippin said.
