French Mill Inns

As a regular and appreciative reader of excellent articles in the Travel Section, I wish to express special appreciation for Jerry Hulse’s article about the old mills that have become French inns (March 16). I do not know whether his omission of the beautiful Moulin Du Roc at Champagne de Belair was unintentional or reflected his feeling that it is not a true old mill.
