FBI agents have arrested three Hacienda Heights men and seized 40 pounds of cocaine worth an estimated $5 million as part of a continuing investigation in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Fabio Pazcualli, 27, a Colombian national, was arrested along with Haroutioun H. Bekarian, 27, and Danilo Buchelly-Marquez, 26.
