Comarco’s Fiscal Year Income Is $1.96 Million

Comarco Inc., an Anaheim-based supplier of computer-based products and engineering services to the defense and aerospace industries, reported net income of $1.96 million for its fiscal year ended Jan. 31, up 28% from the $1.5 million it posted in the previous fiscal year.

Revenues for fiscal 1986 increased 34% over fiscal 1985, to $41.7 million from $31.1 million. The company did not make income or revenue figures available for the fourth fiscal quarter.

Results were restated, the company said, to reflect a change to a Jan. 31 fiscal year-end, and changes in operating results were adjusted to reflect the acquisition of a company accounted for in a pooling of interest.
