Reagan to Meet Press Twice on Wednesday

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will hold a nationally televised news conference at 5 p.m. PST Wednesday, a White House spokesman announced today.
The half-hour question-and-answer session with reporters in the East Room of the White House will be Reagan’s first formal news conference since Feb. 11. He also will answer questions earlier the same day after addressing a meeting of the American Society of Newspaper Editors, the spokesman said.
