SACRAMENTO — The Senate Rules Committee voted 5 to 0 Wednesday to recommend to the full Senate confirmation of Annie Alexander as superintendent of the California Institution for Women at Frontera.
No witnesses testified in opposition to her confirmation to the $52,824-a-year post.
