An orange survival suit found floating in the sea 22 miles west of Bandon, Ore., apparently came from a California fishing boat that sank March 18 with the loss of two lives. A Coast Guard spokesman said the suit was believed to have been aboard the 48-foot Pacific Jewel when it went down four miles southwest of Cape Arago, Ore., about 35 miles from where the suit was found. Only one member of the crew survived. Rich Netheni, 26, Trinidad, Calif., was found in a skiff by a British cargo ship. Missing and presumed drowned were Brian Snell, 28, also of Trinidad, and Dean Kirkpatrick, 28, McKinleyville, Calif.
