Neo-Victorian Offices Under Way in Tarzana

Wall Street Plaza, a neo-Victorian-style building with nearly 50,000 square feet of offices, is under construction at 18673 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana, with completion scheduled in May or June.
Designed by Wall Street Properties and Danny-Spunt Architects, the building will have offices with fireplaces, wet bars, private baths, spas, patios and balconies.
The structure is being built at an estimated cost of $14 million by Harry Desmond. Bob and Lillian Wall and David and Harriet Glickman are owners, and Wall Street Properties, Realtors at 17046 Ventura Blvd., Encino, is handling leasing.
