Showroom Space Leased at Planned Design Center

The firm of de Benedictis/Witter Inc., which primarily represents Chapman Manufacturing’s line of lamps and furniture, has leased 5,600 square feet, and Barbara Witt Inc., a decorative accessory company, has leased 6,300 square feet for showroom space at Palace Square, a high-fashion design resource center expected to open its first phase next summer at 830 S. Hill St.
