Association, Appraisal Firm Lease Space

The Southern California Assn. of Governments and Marshall & Stevens, major appraisal firm, have taken three full floors of space in the landmark CNA Building at 600 S. Commonwealth Ave. under leases of 10 and 15 years, respectively.
The association’s lease for a 35,000-square-foot lease cost is valued at $7 million, while the appraisal firm took 17,000 square feet for $5 million, according to Travers Realty Corp. which negotiated the transactions with Commonwealth Enterprises, building owner.
